Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested up to 12 hours after the time of purchase. Submit your request from the dashboard under Refunds.

Refunds are only available for purchases funded via Bitcoin. Funds added via manual payment (Card / PayPal / other, +20% fee) are not eligible for refund due to processor constraints.

Refunds are returned in BTC to the address you supply when filing the request. Once a request is approved, the refund is sent in a single on-chain transaction.

Each refund request is reviewed manually. Status updates (approved / declined / completed) are emailed to you and visible in the dashboard.
